Director of Operations
Todd brings over 30 years of business acumen to Twin Oak Builders. A Penn State graduate in Accounting/Finance, his entrepreneurial success combines with hands-on building experience—having constructed his own custom home in Clarksville, Maryland. Todd’s financial expertise ensures projects maintain budgetary precision while delivering exceptional quality.
Rolf Wendt
Director of Construction
With a degree in Wood Science and Construction Management from the University of Massachusetts, Rolf contributes over three decades of construction industry expertise. His focus on structural design and building materials technology drives our commitment to quality craftsmanship. Rolf’s practical experience includes general contracting his custom lakefront home.
